I got this for dispensing Nutella for my "Nutella Hot Chocolate." I discovered that the warmer will hold a standard 3 kg (6.6 lb) foodservice tub of Nutella, with an 8 cup water bath. I set the heating dial to about 3, and it comes out just right.UPDATE: After using this a while, I discovered that keeping the Nutella at serving temp for a long time causes it to separate, with the chocolate oils rising to the surface. Stirring to reincorporate the oils helps, but the chocolate at the bottom of the tub becomes too thick to dispense. I’m going back to using the Nutella 1 kg piping bags.

The warmer was great for a while. I think about 8 months. In fact I replaced it w the same one in case I have trouble again. It suddenly started oozing cheese pot of the top, and no matter what I tried for 3 months, it would not stop. So I broke down and bought another one

We purchased two of these heaters. One began leaking almost immediately which the company promptly replaced. 15 months has now past and one of the units started leaking again. They are out of warranty now.

Please do not buy this brand , I bought one a month later it broke down .cheap quality .

These are very nice to have on hand for the numerous food functions that we do for our employees. My only note is to make sure that if you use one for Chili, make sure it does not have beans or too chunky or it will not pump. The large #10 cans fit in it perfectly OR you can purchase the 3.5 Qt inset and pour your sauce into that instead. Don't forget to put a bit of water in the bottom before inserting your can or inset.

I give it 3 stars because it’s a nice pot.. heats upQuick… but there should be a removable inside pan to put cheese… would be more convenient and easy to clean.. sucks this one doesn’t come with it!
