Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory [Blu-ray] by Warner Home Video

This is a perfect copy of one of our favorite movies. We played the entire disk upon arrival and experienced no problems whatsoever. 👍🏻👍🏻

I'm so glad I switched my DVD for blu-ray of this amazing movie! It's always been a favorite. The cast, the music and the scenery are all wonderful and it's a timeless classic. No one could fill Gene Wilder's shoes as Willy Wonka. Love all of the extras on the blu-ray. They made watching the movie even more fun! I highly suggest watching it with the commentary by the "Wonka Kids". I learned so much about the movie and loved that the commentary included lots of laughs!

Original movie with Gene Wilder! Arrived on time in great condition.

I would have given this movie six stars if I could!A wonderful movie that in my opinion is superior to the recent remake with Johny Depp...It has heart, it has creativity, it has wonderful songs, it is fun for kids to watch, offering lessons for kids of what not to be like, and it is about chocolate! I got it for my daughter and was not disappointed. A true classic worthy of the such moniker... And, a must for any kid! Cheers!

Great movie!! Heard a lot of good reviews and decided to order it and see for myself. It has a lot of life-lessons to be learned.

This Wonka was really too weird for..me

Ce coffret contient les deux versions, en 4k la version de 1971 et en blu-ray la version de 2005. La piste audio français n est pas la bonne, les doubleurs les noms de certains personnages sont pas bon et les chansons en anglais.Il existe 2 versions françaises, celle ci n est pas la bonne. Hormis le Steel Book, tout peut aller a la poubelle. Je cherche désespérément la version français avec chanson en français ( vu sur le pass Warner).

Op zich een geslaagde steelbook verpakking. Alleen heeft Warner Brothers een zootje gemaakt van de inhoud. De 4K restauratie van de 1971 klassieker is redelijk te noemen. Andere technicolor klassiekers zijn beter gelukt. Meestal omdat men van Vistavision of 70mm negatieven is vertrokken. Zoals veel films uit de jaren 70 en 80 laat het negatief te wensen over. Veel 'softe' beelden, dus dan schiet je niet ver met 4K resolutie. Maar...dé Grote tegenvaller is het bonusmateriaal. Niets van de 1971 film, wél krijg je de inferieure remake van Tim Burton uit 2005. Een beetje boerenbedrog dus van Warner Brothers. Liefhebbers wendt u tot de standaard versie...goedkoper ook!

Como dicen los demas, el bluray por lo menos que es el que puedo probar es la película de 2005 y no la que deberia ser.Pone que la original debería venir en castellano pero si dicen que no sera también asi.Vaya desastre para una versión especial de 50 aniversario
