What size hose does this nozzle work with?

It works with all standard garden hoses. Will not work on kitchen faucet. Best nozzle out there to fill water balloons. We filled all 500 in about an hour.

Can they be filled at sink in the park restroom?

No. The opening is really small.

Can I get a 500 pack of blue water balloons

Probably not. You could ask the manufacturer, but it looks like the packaging is for random colors.

No rubber bands. Just tie a knot at the end.
