Best electric burner
Bought this for my mom, she is in love with it. Doesn't get to hot that she can't handle it but cooks everything perfectly.

Hard to clean
Not the best idea for someone like me. I'm kind of gross and sloppy. I need to be able to take a burner apart to wash it and I could not with this and almost started a fire in my house set up the fire alarm and the sprinklers and almost ruined my TV and my phone and my computer other than that they were great

Stable & Good Value
We've been using this to heat our evening hot pot dinners every night. It stores well, is easy to use and has lasted well over a year with good performance. I highly recommend this product.

Cheap stuff in and out
Got this one cause I thought its the Proctor brand which I purchased before. Its pretty cheap, doesnt heat up well. The proctor brand is the same price but super quality comparing to this one. Its cheap because i disassembled it and everything from wires to the burner is flimsy.

It works great for a cheap burner
Cheap but works like a charm! The logo rubbed off, it was dirty (red splatters), and was not in an inconspicuous package when I received it. The world knew that I bought a burner. lol

Not bag but mine didnt boil water.
I use this hot plate for crafting not cooking so I'm not too worried of the fact that it actually does not boil water after 6 hours on high the water never boiled. I do not live at extreme high or low altitudes, and I've worked in resturaunts and in catering businesses off and on through my life, So I kind of know how hot plates / portable burners work. I purchased this for a very specific project and I'm okay with the fact that it doesn't boil water because I don't need the water to be boiling for this but I know other people might have issues with that. So i sugest testing this item as soon as it arrives If you're using this for actual cooking in kitchens and whatnot that way the company can assist you with a new item.
