Tasty and satisfying
Tasty with a good amount of protein. There is a fair amount of sugar (some fake) and even though it's low in net carbs, it has 200 calories and it may mess with your blood sugar anyway. They are very good and satisfies a sweet tooth without as much guilt. If you're having trouble getting enough protein, these will give you a big 19 grams. I don't think they are considered a meal replacement without added supplements but they will get you through until your next meal and you may even want more than one as they are that good! (I like the one with caramel.)

"The Perfect Protein Bar – Delicious, High Protein, Low Calorie!"
I’ve tried so many protein bars over the years, and I can honestly say these Pure Protein Chocolate Mint Cookie bars are the best I’ve ever had. The flavor is incredible—rich chocolate with a refreshing mint cookie taste that feels more like a dessert than a protein bar.Nutritionally, they’re spot-on. The protein content is very high, the calories are low, and the calorie-to-protein ratio is excellent—exactly what I’ve been looking for. They satisfy my sweet cravings without wrecking my diet, and they keep me full for hours.I can finally say I’ve found my perfect protein bar. If you want something that tastes amazing and delivers real nutrition, these are it!

good but little too pricey for 12
Update8/6/25: I didn't like the lemon cake bars; they taste chalky to me, unfortunately. I tried to eat them on two different occasions, and I couldn't get past the first bite. I would suggest buying the smallest box first because I love this brand, and the bars are usually really good. I assumed that the lemon bars would be really good as well, so I bought 2 boxes of the 12-pack. I'm stuck with 22 bars.7/15/25: Trying the lemon cake, but I also bought chocolate. I would suggest using the boxes to ship, as all of the boxes arrived open again because they were in a thin plastic envelope. My only issue is that I ordered it on June 7, and they are not arriving until July 20th. I was told after I paid for it. I have 6 bars left, so what am I supposed to do until July 20th? very disappointed, but I need my bars as part of my gastric sleeve nutrition at the 9-month mark. good source of protein, but it's only 12 for $16.99 and I'm used to getting a 23 mixed box for about $21 with a coupon. I have to order them because they are part of my protein. They are a little dry, but most of the protein bars that are low in fat and sugar that I tried are the same texture. Taste is pretty decent, and they are not hard.

Tastes decent
I tried these out on Amazon prime day. They are a bit chewy but the flavor is good and they have a lot of protein. They can act like a meal replacement along with some fruit.

Brookie flavor tastes great
Super tasty low calorie and high protein treat. I got this on a whim but I'm very pleasantly surprised. For protein bars I usually stick to Quest just because that's what was recommended to me once I started eating these sorts of products, but this flavor really intrigued me. And it's worth it! I'm excited to try more flavors from this brand, it's great being able to hit my protein and calorie goals while still enjoying a sweet treat instead of indulging on an actual candy or baked good. Those have their place of course, but this is such a tasty alternative I don't have cravings for the "real thing."

Can’t go wrong with these protein bars. I keep thinking I have a favorite & then try another kind & that becomes my favorite. All are great & love the protein I’m getting when I eat one. Very satisfying & tasty!!

Delicious but crazy price
I've tried every flavor! Note these are 2/3rd the size of standard protein bars, which is helpful to me, these only being 5 grams fat is great instead of most protein bars have 8 to 15 grams fat. Its not filling for a full meal but perfect snack to hold you in between meals and sugarfree. The mint, bday cake, and churro are my favorite, a few others are OK, and a few taste like sand! The ones that taste like sand, they are good if youre on a diet so you don't crave them but keep it in your pocket when your out and about or clubbing with friends until you seriously need to eat so you don't give into a greasy food truck stand. But the pricing has become insane. It used to be $9 for 12 bars here, $7 for 12 at Walmart. Prices can go up over time but double in a few years? no thank you. They are similar taste as thinkthin and ONE but better macros and those have been overpriced for years so I don't even check on those, sometimes a grocery store has those and the pureprotein on closeout sale, probably cus no one is going to pay these prices. But online where there is no cashier or staff to pay, it's silly to have same in store price or in this case even higher. My history says I've bought these bars 28 times! Cus usually get 3 boxes for going on tour since bars at a gas station are usually high sugar high fat crap and old and hard and even higher prices. My bandmate and dancers like the lemon and caramel so when they were real cheap i bought extra to share but these days its every man for himself! So even those these are 5 star really, I am putting 1 star for the ridiculous price climb. Do not buy these for $26 or even $18 is too high. I will wait til they come back to 17 or less and have 4 other subsbribe n save items so they will be 15. Occasionally they do drop the prices.Meanwhile I am just bringing other snacks to work even if its just keeping a free bagel from another day in a baggie in my pocket, I get more than enough protein anyway I eat about 5 or 6 or sometimes 7 times a day to get 1800 to 2200 calories, no whey is even needed these honestly just for a sweet tooth since I quit eating sugar over 10 years ago.(If these were made with stevia or monk fruit sweetener and high fiber and no weird additives and in biodegradable packaging, the higher price could almost be OK, i would not be interested since these are good how they are and my other meals are real clean (rice beans potatoes oats dairy eggs meat/tofu) and not too wasteful, but some people would, these are just a typical processed treat, still highly recommend if the price is fair. I like that the sweetener is Malitol since the one quest uses is recently linked to cancer.)I was able to do a total of 13 months on tour over the last 3 years with these absolutely every day before or after performing, and my other cheap healthy items without having to buy any restaurant food and not gain any weight occasionally lost some, so I want to share this info if you happen to see this and need to travel for a week or month or happen to be living in your car, some good ideas are these bars, also a high fiber bar like no cow dipped or quest crunch (not the chewy regular ones), packets of tuna or chicken, nuts, oats, dates, dry milk powder, unsweetened dark chocolate and stevia (so you don't crave junk food and end up buying a $8 milkshake) instant mashed potatoes, clementines, cans of pumpkin for vitamin a if 1 day a week u mix it with stevia and oats and nuts, just add water lentil pasta, dried chickpeas or cans of beans, dried soybeans, ready to eat chili packets, and once a week if I pass a Walmart I grab 1 salad to get some vit K and 1 yogurt for that day plus a 4 pk of boca patties - those are 14 grams protein almost no carbs or fat and stay good in your car from frozen to thawed for a couple days, cheaper than beef jerky and easy to chew. Sorry TMI but we live in hard times and a lot of people still travel and spend $30 or more a day on food when it's possible to get all your nutrients for about $10 a day, i still bring magesium supplement and tums for calcium and potassium salt a dash a day, plus those food ideas you should be able to still get lean and mean on the road, don't let your buddies make you feel like you have to get a hot meal at Dennys and then come back with in debt as well as put on some extra baggage. I actually got very worn out and malnutritioned my first tour since I only ate protein bars and oatmeal and beef jerky, (and also had trouble going to the bathroom!) I didnt think of the other nutrients or electrolytes so hope this info helps others and hope the prices will come down soon lol
