This product has a light, pleasant flavor. I bought this product for the health benefits.

I use this oil for finishing salads, topping yogurt, vegetables, and adding to coffee. Great peppery quality. Additionally, one Tablespoon swallowed before bed does wonders for digestion and soft skin. You can see the difference in a few days.

Excellent olive oil. Not bitter or overwhelming. I dont cook with it. It is a dipping and topping oil.Worth thr price. I will continue to purchase
