A waste of my time. This item does not fit all showers hooks.

The product has not been used and I've decided to sell it because it is not going to fit my current setup. It would be best to pick up the entire system right from the Thermostatic wall connectors all the way to the top and then shower heads...

I read in all reviews before buying that they are easy to install, in reality they are not. You need modifications on the existing set up if you have on, a new mixer and so on. Ended up not to use them, still have them in the box with no option to return.

Product quality is very good, water pressure is excellent, look nice. affordable & easy to install. Will buy it again.

Se ve bien, es fácil de instalar (hay una fuga entre la t y la manguera que no he podido arreglar) lo que me deja decepcionado es que requiere mucha presión de agua para que se sienta que cae equitativa, constante y agradable mente el agua.

This looks very nice and my renter is thrilled to have a rain shower head. Installations went smoothly up until testing for leaks. My leak was from the joint between where you connect it to the arm out of the wall and where it splits for the other connections. Came from the manufacturer that way, or perhaps I loosened it while attaching to the arm. Either way, if this is loose for you and you need to tighten it, be aware it's a reverse thread. Once I got that tightened up everything was great. Now we'll see how stable the entire apparatus is - to me it felt as if it could move too easily on the ball joint. Yes, I tightened everything including with the allen wrench.
