I love this thing....it is a must have if you do a lot of yard work with trees or shrubs. I am very glad I made this purchase, it has saved me so much time than using my manual pruning sheers.

The pruner works very well, especially the reduced opening of the blades for smaller pruning. The extension pole is very handy for reaching high or into brush to cut unwanted briars with stickers. The pruning saw is also easy to use and fast to cut reasonably sized limbs or vines. I would recommend this kit plus customer service is very responsive if problems are encountered.

This pruner performs much better than I expected based on previous reviews and a couple of independent videos. Claimed: 900 cuts per battery charge claimed. What I got: 1,022 cuts (a full trash bin) with 92% of the battery charge remaining. What took me 3 to 4 hours using manual pruner, lopper, and pole saw, took less than 90 minutes. I'm sold on this pruner and look forward to next week's bin fill-up using the chain saw - damaged tree from May storms in Oklahoma. Plus the fact that the battery can accept a USB cable for charging phone or other device (great for primitive camping trips). Rock solid product, very well built.

Do not buy this product. The extension pole for the pruner and saw is an absolutely a piece of Junk. When you try to open it there is an Internal power cable that buckles up and jams the sections of the extension pole from opening. I contacted T Tovia Support with this issue and they sent me two poorly made videos that says use a screwdriver Or in the case of there support videos it shows an Ink Pen….Yes an Ink Pen to push on the cable to get the cable pushed back inside the extension pole. I paid high dollar for this product….what a mistake. A Chinese piece of Junk. There support is awful.

Absolutely love the pruner. I prune apple trees for a living and this tool makes pruning fast and easy. I average over 5000 cuts a day. However, the chain saw is JUNK!! Don't recommend buying at all. Quit working after 2 days. The folding pole is flimsy. I duct tape the hinges to make it usable. Tovia customer support gets a F grade. No one answers my e-mails about the chain saw.

After a lot of research, I decided to give T Tovia a try. I have a small orchard so battery operated pruners were certainly necessary. After several months one of the batteries failed. I contacted customer service and after a few question they asked for my address and told me they would send a replacement battery. A few days later, Amazon delivered the replacement battery. I certainly appreciate the great customer service. If you are in the market for battery powered pruners, TTovia has a good product as well as great customer service.

Bought the 25v pruner and chainsaw kit. Both performed very well. Battery life was better than expected- completed large job without need for recharging. Only issue we had with new tools was oil flow to chain on chainsaw due to pinched tube. Emailed Tovia customer service and received response that night. Customer service promptly sent new oil line assembly that solved problem. They were very easy to work with. I am very satisfied with this purchase. Tools are high quality and perform well.

I'm leaving the extender pole screwed together because the power cord running up through it looks like it could get pinched. I had a difficult time screwing the extender together because of the power cord getting pinched. Other than that it works great.
