Q: I am looking to adapt a 1200tvl cam to my train set and i need a vtx that fits ina small space with my 1s lipo's, can i just solder this up to my came

dont buy this vtx, I have bought three all returned. none of them sent video or would chamger power level. look for, RushMicro vtx, or ,team black sheep pro32 nano vtx. dont buy hglrc mini vtx

Q: Where does the camera wire up to?

The video wire from the camera or flight controller connects to the vid connection on the vtx.

Q: How tall/ thick is it? Need to make sure I'm have room.

I suggest getting the Rush tank mini. The Zeus isn't all its cracked up to be. Poor video footage, I done replaced mine with the Rush vtx, do much better too
