I’ve been taking these every other day for a week now. When you just start taking probiotics, it’s very important to take it slow, because we are introducing good bacteria into the body, which can upset our gut. It takes some time for our gut to adjust to the good bacteria. I did have extremely bad bloating, gas, cramps, and terrible watery diarrhea. But this is just my body adjusting to the good bacteria. Digestive anomalies galore. With 60 billion, I think it overwhelmed my digestive system. I was hoping that it would calm things down, but it seemed to be a little bit too strong for me. Maybe I just need to use a little bit at a time for a while so my body can get used to it. I'm not sure what happened but it's pretty strong. My wife was taking a probiotic in the form of gummies and I checked the label on hers and it has 2 billion. This one has 60 billion. So I think it's a little bit stronger. This is a good thing, but you may want to be careful as it may cause some bloating and gastric anomalies. Sorry if that was too much information. I did notice a difference within a day or two though 🙂 speedy Action!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought my first round from Tik Tok, took forever to actually try it. When my other probiotic started to fail me, I remembered I had these. I haven’t tinted bacon since and now i order them for my mom who had her gallbladder removed last year. I really like these.
