Amazing
I have to say this is in such good condition I'm so pleased with it, also it arrived really early which was a bonus, it charges very quickly and just looks amazing, I would have no problem recommending this company, really really pleased with the price and the way it looks

Looks perfect
The product arrived undamaged, in immaculate condition, and charged well. Not completely set up, as the details will be put in by the user (gift). Cannot see any problems, so optimistic it will do what it says. Included an Upgrade to Air2, free of charge.

Not as expected
I have never bought refurbished before and won’t again. At first this item seemed fine but then problems appeared. It cannot download Chrome, it has locked itself for some reason. When tried it says try again in 15 minutes, then when tried in 15 minutes it says try again in one hour. After about 5 hours it is still not charged , it keeps displaying, ‘ not charging’ and has to be reconnected. The site says it is 64 GB but it is 16 GB. I am waiting for the sellers response . I will send it back. I had tried for hours through ITunes and Apple to unlock this device to no avail . Apple said it would need to be sent or taken to an apple shop. The nearest to me is over 20 miles away.Since writing the above about my experience with the purchase the situation has become much worse. I had supplied the iCloud email and access code and Apple password to the seller when I sent it back, something Amazon later told me I should not do. Obviously the seller could not get into the device as that was the reason I sent it back. The seller asked me for my details again even though they had it . The seller then said that if I did not supply the access code he would send the device back to me! They had the access code but obviously it did not work as the device was faulty. The seller said that if they send it back they would deduct postage costs from my refund. The seller later informed me the device had been posted back to me to sort it out.I was in constant contact with Amazon who were helpful and said I would be refunded by 2 May 2024. But then for some unknown reason Amazon changed ,the agents became disinterested and unsympathetic and gave the impression of hostility to me and sympathy with the seller. This was mystifying One agent told me I could not get a refund and cut me off. Another lost interest in my call and cut me off as did another who said I had to wait another 48 hours for the seller to respond to an email Amazon had sent and that I could not have the item and a refund! I told her I did not want the item. Then I was unceremoniously cut off. Finally, I got through to another agent called Al who was helpful. He sent an email telling the seller not to return the item and to tell the postal service to bring it back to the seller if already been posted.I have never experienced anything like this with a seller and Amazon acted poorly too except for Al.Of course, it is impossible to make a formal, complaint to Amazon as their email address does not accept emails!At present, I am not sure if my money will be refunded. I have spent £95 for nothing so far.All I can say is to be very wary when buying from a third party on Amazon; the vast majority are fine but ……… it has put me off buying from a third party on Amazon again; I would not wish my experience on anyone else. The following is the complaint I sent to Amazon. Hello. I need to make a complaint about my treatment by the Amazon Customer Service Dept. on Wednesday 01/05/2024.On 21/April 2024 I purchased an Apple iPad from "1 Click Crazy Deals " on the Amazon UK website. I paid £85.00 for the item.On 22/04/2024 the item arrived. I set it up as per the programmed instructions for my wife's use.After set up the device was turned off. A few moments later I tried to turn it on again but none of the passwords I had entered were recognised. The access password was not recognised. I did not make a mistake. The device was locked, and I could not turn it on.I went into iTunes to try to unlock it but none of the required passwords were recognised. I contacted Apple to help me to unlock the device. After several attempts, Apple said the device could not be opened and would need to be taken to an Apple store. The nearest store to me is about 25 miles away.I opened a return with Amazon and received authorization to return it under Amazon's guarantee.Amazon sent me a return label but for some reason, the label was not pre-paid. Then, unexpectedly, I received an email from the retailer offering a pre-paid label. I agreed and a label was sent. I took the parcel to the Post Office but I was told that the label was not valid. I paid £9.95 postage myself. I had written the iCloud email address and relevant passwords on the document I enclosed with the parcel.Later a series of email communications began. The retailer said that the passwords etc did not open the device. I said I knew that and that was the problem. Amazon Customer Services has records of communications between me and the retailer and my conversations with Amazon.The retailer seemed to think that I could open the device regardless of being told that I could not. Eventually, the retailer said they were returning the faulty device to me to sort out and would charge me the return postage.I had been in communication with Amazon throughout this and was advised by one agent not to respond to any more emails from the retailer. Up until 1/05/2024, the service was good and the agents were polite and helpful. This changed on 01/05/2024. I received notification from the retailer that the item had been returned to me on 30/04/2024. At present, it has not been received by me. Obviously, I do not want the device back and never asked for it to be sent back; the device is useless to me.When I contacted Amazon Customer Service to update them and enquire about my refund due on 01/05/2024, 7 days after my return to the seller, I noticed a distinct change in the attitude of the agent. He was unhelpful and brusque. He told me I could not have a refund because the device could not be unlocked. When I started to explain the reason, he hung up. I contacted customer services again; I spoke to a woman. She listened to me for a while and the line went dead. I telephoned again and spoke to a man. He went away to make enquiries and returned and basically told me he had finished discussing the matter and hung up. I contacted the department again. This time a man spoke to me. His attitude was better until he made enquiries when again he told me he was finished and hung up. I phoned again. This time I spoke to a woman. She listened to me and said that the retailer had been sent an email and I would have to wait 48 hours for a decision about my refund. I said that the purchase was covered by Amazon's guarantee. She said that she was not making a decision but I would have to wait 48 hours. Her attitude had become distant. I asked her if she wanted to carry on talking; she basically said she had nothing more to say and hung up.I was baffled by this "passive hostile" attitude, Amazon is normally very good. It seemed that something was going on within the team to my detriment.I am entitled to a refund as the device is faulty and do not expect a retailer to return a faulty item to me to put right. I have never experienced anything like it. The agents I spoke to today gave me the impression that their sympathies were with the retailer, not me the innocent purchaser. The last agent told me that I could not have both a refund and the item! I told her I did not want the item and never asked for it to be returned to me.I would ask you to process my refund quickly and investigate the strange, rude attitude of the agents and the barely concealed hostility to me, a long-term, regular Amazon customer. I felt I was being treated like the wrongdoer for some reason instead of a customer with a legitimate grievance who is £98.00 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Excellent fast delivery
Upon opening its was securely wrapped and was in a safe carrier inside. The load was in excellent condition and also enclosed charging cable. I would highly recommend this seller. The iPad is so easy to set up. The only downside was that the iPad wasn’t working correctly and wouldn’t download any apps.
