Real gum without sugar or artificial sugar and plastic. Good taste!

I have now chewed hundreds of packs of this gum. The natural base actually holds together very well. I very rarely have pieces dissolve in my mouth, even if I chew on them for hours. If a piece does dissolve it seems like maybe it has to do with eating certain foods beforehand. The flavor is strong at first so it works well to immediately freshen breath. As others have said, the flavor dissipates quickly but that is to be expected with a natural gum base. Overall if you're looking for a gum with natural ingredients, including the gum base, this is by far the best option I have found.

This gum has no berry flavor at all. Instead it taste like a regular mint gum.

Pros are that the gum flavor is rich and good but the cons are that 1. the flavor doesnt last long 2. If you eat another piece right after eating one the flavor will be overwhelmingly strong 3. If you chew the gum for too long it will dissolve and leave a very nasty flavor in your mouth 4. If you chew too many it can have a laxative effect on you

The gum has decent flavor. But once you start chewing it shrinks to about a third the original size. One piece gets so small it’s hard to chew it. I’ve been buying the Trident Vibes gum for a while and to get a piece of gum that’s comparable in size after chewing it, I need two pieces of this gum. So instead of 84 pieces it’s more like 42 pieces, so instead of $3 or $4 for 40 pieces of Trident you get 42 equivalent pieces for over $13... Not so great honestly. So far I haven’t experienced any laxative side effects like they have written on the packaging but we shall see. If I do, I will update this review. Based on the price alone I probably will not grab another box of these…

It’s delicious!! Love love love! It’s not hard like other natural gum I purchase at amazon! This has a fresh lasting flavor! Sweet enough but not obnoxiously sweet! If you are trying to change to a healthy way of life this is it! It’s a little pricey but worth it!👏

I chewed all types of gum for 60 years. Most gum keeps its flavorful essence for only about 2-3 minutes. The exceptions to this are gums that have sorbitol, maltitol, mannitol, and/or phenylalanine in combination with the addition of bioengineered ingredients (best example of this is Eclipse). The flavorful essence of gum is the sweetener (artificial or not), and gums with aspartame (phenylalanine) will last a longer time. Happy ECO gum does not have any of those ingredients, but does have xylitol which is an alcohol sugar that has been proven to induce saliva (which is good for your teeth, helps them stay whiter) and stevia extract that is a natural non-caloric sweetener. I find the gum does keep a satisfactory amount of taste for 2-3 minutes, and stays minty much longer. I usually chew it for about an hour at a time. It never tastes like plastic, it does not liquify, and never has stuck to my teeth or crowns. I have only tried the spearmint, so I can't comment on the flavor or consistency of the other flavors.
