No, it won't get your clothes wet.

Q: What are the measurements for the vest at it's largest? Would it fit a 47Inch bust?

I do not have the measurements of the vest but I am a 40C and the new vest is too small for me. The older one was cut larger and fits better.

Q: How long do the packs stay cool in very warm conitions?

You should get 60 - 80 min cooling time. There are 4 extra packs included which can be frozen and stored in the insulated carrier bag, ready to swap out when needed. Doubling the cooling time.

Q: how big does it go to i see no sizes?

Size S - XXXL. The vest has adjustable shoulder waist straps. 3 waist straps on either side.
