The label states 30 grams per serving. I used a converter app on the web =. 30000 milligrams. my personal review is that these peanuts are much less salty than most by taste.

I don't know the answer to that question. All I know is that these were the worst peanuts I have ever purchased. I am a peanut lover and I thought I was getting a good product. I was wrong; it was like trying to eat pebbles--they were just that hard. Save your money and buy Planters peanuts; they are WAY tastier.
