I'm disappointed to find out that the numerals are not lighted. You must push a button on the upper left corner to make the time appear. First of all the button should be on the upper right, not on the left. Better look quickly because it doesn't stay on very long,

I have a slightly bigger wrist than tiny women. This band fit perfectly and I'm getting use to dial face. A little darker than id like but has light to turn on if I have difficulty seeing. Overall, not bad and priced fairly.
