Biotin Collagen Keratin Gummies taste fine and not too sticky or large. Decent flavor and easy to chew. Have only been using for about one month. Hair and nails appear stronger and grow more quickly.. I had been taking several individual supplements before trying these so had some improvements prior to trying this. It seems to be just as effective as the several I had been taking. My hair grows thicker and longer than I had been able to achieve and hair loss is minimal. Nails also stronger so if these continue I will be ordering again.

Easy to use and doesn’t give any tummy troubles. They taste great and are packed with so many great vitamins. Pretty small size but good value for money because you get 30 days worth

I only have been taking these for about a month, but wow do they taste good. I like that they don’t have the crunchy sugar on the outside, I can’t stand that. I honestly don’t consume sugar at all so anything is super disgustingly sweet, but these are not (I do suck on them instead of eating them). They are such a good flavor and don’t taste like vitamins at all and not overwhelmingly sweet that I hate to eat them. I would really like even less sweetness, but that’s just me because I don’t consume any outside sugar and only have started eating fruit recently. Hoping I can add to this review once I have more feedback on how they work. I notice my skin is more hydrated and not as dry as it usually is so that’s a plus. Haven’t seen anything concerning nails or hair yet. Will update when I do.

I love these but just want to make people aware - I received a bottle that appears to have gone bad. They normally look like the capsules on the left. They should not look like the ones on the right. I thought maybe the formula had changed but they made me really sick. If you receive a bottle with capsules that look rusty orange, request a refund.

If you notice a foul odor in the room, believe it or not it's these supplements. Try removing the bottle from the room into a different room and you'll notice the odor follows. I'm not saying this stuff doesn't work to some degree but whatever is in these capsules will stink up the entire room.

I have been taking these gummies for approximately two weeks and I can tell a huge difference in my nails and hair. I wish I had taken pics of my nails before I started taking the gummies but I had ridges and dips in my nails and now just in the short time of taking these my nails have flattened out growing beautifully and stronger. My hair seems to have a little fuller, smoother almost silky like. I 😍 this product and will continue to use it.
