Easy to install. Great features. Screen on monitor has a nice size for viewing activities. Sound quality clear.

It has a perfect screen but low volume the speaker it’s small can’t hear much .

This product is simple to use and set up (well really no set up needed) I turned it on and it worked. That simple. Ended up getting one for my daughter to use as well.

Baby monitor was shipped in a plastic bag and the manufacture box inside was crushed really bad when opened. Luckily it works and haven’t found anything broken as of now. I know things get tossed around during shipping and are going to get dinged up but at least try shipping an electronic product like this in a box so you can tell if it is being crushed. I never have this problem with Amazon shipping just the other shipping companies that are used. Happy with the monitor. If I was giving this as a gift I would have returned it.

It’s so dark at night can’t barely see pay a little more and get something better

Night mode actually works pretty good on this one, way better than the more expensive "connect" one I had. So much so, I taped the sensor so it stays in night mode even during the day. Which leads me to the next issue, I can't see squat during the day unless the camera goes in night mode...hence the tape covered light sensor. Other than that, it's a winner in my book...especially compared to the 180+ dollar Motorola Connect set I had before this one.

It will break quickly and will be a hassle to return or exchange. Just don't buy it.

Bought this for my toddler to keep an eye on him for nighttime sleep only. I knew I didn't want to spend more than $100 since we just had to get a new one for his baby sister. Well, you get what you pay for. It's a decent cam for a toddler, but I don't recommend for a baby if you want a crystal clear picture for all their naps/etc. You'll need to spend at least $150 for that.

Range is pathetic. You don’t get range even in just adjacent room which makes the product useless.

Love this baby monitor works great

We purchased this early so we wouldn't need to rush once the baby arrived. That time has come and the camera does not send a video feed right out of the box. I can pan and tilt the camera, and audio is transmitted but no video. I have tried any solutions I can find online but zero luck. I have also read that other people have had the same problem with this model. The return date is passed so I assume we are stuck with a camera that does not work.
