It came with plumber's tape and simply screwed into place on my existing setup in less than 2 minutes.It has a variety of settings from intense pulsing jets to a gentle rainfall spray. I didn't install the regulator and the pressure hits you like a firehose on some settings! It provides a drenching shower experience that really wakes you up in the morning with aditional cleaning benefits.You can install the included regulator for less pressure but high pressure is what I was looking for.For a straightforward upgrade that takes minutes to install and delivers luxurious, high-powered showers, this showerhead is a superb value. The toolless installation and variety of settings make it easy to get your ideal shower dialed in. I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve their shower without a major renovation.

For a non big box item, this shower head is top quality. We’ve had it for a couple of months now and it has been amazing! Doesn’t leak, changes settings easily and was easy to install! I love the look of it. Amazing value!
