Blistex Lip Medicated Ointment is my go-to whenever my lips get really dry or cracked. It has a strong menthol scent and cooling sensation that might be intense at first, but it works fast to soothe and heal. The ointment is thick and moisturizing, perfect for overnight use. A little goes a long way, and it really helps prevent further cracking. Highly recommend if you need quick, effective lip care!

I suffer from lips that dry/chap/crack/bleed every winter, without fail. Staying out of the cold doesn't help, and attempts to exfoliate and moisturize them only helps in the short-term as they fail to heal properly, with the only permanent fix being the warm spring weather. I've tried various "remedies", from lip balm to coconut oil, to no avail.This spring, unlike every previous spring, my lips did not heal as they normally would, and the corners of my mouth were also affected (leading to bloody scars that wouldn't heal proper, like the Joker). A relative noticed and recommended this product. After applying this a few times on day one, they quickly began to heal; by day two, they had mostly healed and I could open my mouth wide without the corners of it reopening and bleeding; by day five, they had healed entirely without a trace of dry skin.I'd highly recommend this product to anyone who suffers the same problems I do! It's a game-changer to say the least.

I have always used this product in winter for my chapped lips and it works great. I won't use anything else. This was a good deal for a 6-pack and will last me several seasons.

Blistex is by far the best replacement for “lip balm” I’ve used, so when I needed a couple tubes, (for house and car) this deal stuck out like a sore lip. ;)

This is the best lip stuff for dry lips bar none! No fancy colors, flavors or packing. But instead of caking onto your lips like chapstick or being sticky like those other brands… Blistex ointment soaks right into your lips making them moist and supple. My dad is on chemo and this prevents lip sores, especially in the corners of his mouth where chapstick won’t stay on. If you are prone to cold sores put this on the moment you feel a tingle or if you are just getting over-tired, and it will stop that sore from forming. It’s also the best thing to put on before a trip to the dentist to prevent that painful stretched mouth feeling. I keep one in my purse, in my car, in my desk, by my bed, and in my Dads chemo travel bag!

Perfect lip balm to treat or prevent chapped lips. I’ve tried lots of things. This stuff is amazing!

If your lips are chapped, this works amazing. If you have a cold and your nose is freaking dry, chapped and burning like you have been sniffing cayenne pepper. Put it on your nose. Helps a ton. I can barely find this in stores, but it works so well.

I’ve been using Blistex for years. It’s the only lip ointment/balm I use. I like it’s effectiveness, sheerness and it’s medicated healing powers. And because I use it daily, this 6-pack is very cost effective, too.
