I love this computer and I use it every single day, although I've had some issues with it. 1. It didn't come with the correct graphics. I did a test and mine has AMD Radeon (TM) with only 1GB of video space but it is was supposed to come with the AMD Radeon R5 with 8GB of video space. 2. When I turn my screen brightness down it doesn't change most of the time and stays super bright. 3. It doesn't tell me when it's about to die like other electronics do when you hit 15% or lower. Other than that, it works really well for everything that I want to use it for besides the graphics issue.

Great and fast laptop but a faulty SSD
I acquired this laptop in January. The laptop has a fast processor and has been quite efficient. However, not too long after upgraded to Windows 11 in August, the blue error had occured as shown in the images. It didn't happen again until several weeks later to which I was promted to conduct the test in the second image which suggested that while the SSD passed the smart check, the Long DST was giving a warning, and based on research it suggested that the SSD was failing. It seems now that the SSD has reached its ultimate fail as windows is not booting. I think those SSDs need to be verified before installation.

Fast laptop but failing hardware
The laptop is lightweight and fast but does not look like it will last for years. I occasionally get the random shutdown with ‘boot device not found’ as the error message while in the middle of work and I have to restart it. It also has a problem waking up from sleep mode, computer wakes up but screen is blank and you have to restart it to get it working.
