Dropped a huge piece of oak on my toes, while splitting firewood. Black and blue like a break, but I was lucky and nothing broken. Used Arnica on it as soon as I got back to the house. Helped to ease the throbbing. By the next day no pain to walk. What surprised me is that the bruising was gone in a 5 days. At 71 bruises normally stay around for a couple weeks.

Smells synthetic and too fragranced for a pure essential oil. The smell attaches itself to everything and lingers. It's too uncomfortable if you suffer from allergies!!

Seems to be pure extracted Arnica Montana. Will be using to make a salve, I use arnica oil daily on my ankle knees and hips every morning and each night to reduce joint pain- this stuff is amazing. *should be diluted according to directions.
