Very nice looking kettle if a little on the heavy side, especially when full.Easy to see water gauge is at the back of the kettle. Fairly large on/off switch easy to operate.I have only one concern ... a couple of minutes after the water has boiled, the metal handle gets very hot.I have had to use a cloth to pick the kettle up on a couple of occasions due to this.

This is a beautifully made and aesthetic looking retro kettle in pink which fits perfectly into my kitchen. It is a joy to look at and a joy to use. I have not found the lid difficult to remove as other reviews have mentioned and the plastic on/off switch seems robust enough and I don't think detracts from the overall look of the kettle. It is not excessively noisy and boils quick enough for me. I think it's great value and feels a quality product. It arrived very quickly and was very well packed. Couldn't be more satisfied as long as it lasts well.

Very disappointed with this kettle. The switch that you turn the kettle on with has broke off. Year and half old.

Nice looking kettle.. however… the handle is made of stainless steel and heats up to quite a temperature when kettles boiled.. I’ve burnt my hand simply lifting the kettle up.. major design fault. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
