great design, better quality
We bought this for our newly built house to put in our laundry room to fill our dog water bowl. I love the design of it & the cross handles as opposed to others with just a single arm.When we first got water to the house, the 'elbow' did leak a little, but I think that was just the overall new pressure coming to the faucet. Ever since, it's worked perfectly & we really do love it!When I first noticed the leak, I reached out to customer service from the store, and they were extremely helpful and even agreed to a replacement - even though it was past the Amazon return date. When I went to document the issue, that's when we noticed it was actually working just fine & not leaking at all! I appreciate their help and quick replies throughout the process.

Check your wall + backsplash depth!
I bought this thinking that the seller took into account that people would have a backsplash. It will only work if you plan to only have sheetrock. The seller was no help. They didn't have a longer nipple. Had to go to HD to get a longer nipple.

Nice unit
I had an issue with my first unit I purchased, a weak section in the bracket cause the unit to not sit straight. Because I didn’t install the unit until months after receiving it so I was concerned about the warranty. The company/seller has been amazing to deal with. They have been helpful every step of the way and I now have a brand new unit. I’m excited to install the replacement unit as it is really nice and added a great touch of black and function to the kitchen.

Excelente y práctico
Excelente producto para poner arriba de la estufa y así no tener que traer desde el fregadero una olla llena de agua, al venir articulada llega sin problema a cualquiera de los quemadores, la calidad es de lo mejor.
