Great Customer Service
I had an issue with my Wave Ring, and was contacted by Genki to resolve the issue. They not only resolved my issue, but they also went out of their way to collect data on the issue to make upgrades to their product. I was thoroughly impressed by Genki's dedication to both their customers and their product!

Absolute (expensive) rubbish
If anyone thinks downloading and activating this is easy then think again, effectively you get a plastic ring thingy and a connector to a laptop/computer, plugging it in it charged and lights up, however that’s it go to the website and try to download the data and then read it I found impossible..... could have done better much cheaper using the volume control and cutting out the ***p

this is Junki not Genki..
This is an overpriced glorified three buttons mouse that attaches to your finger... I will only comment on the three button since the MIDI controller is not relevant to my work... The buttons are customizable (limited customization) and does not allow you to set many of the functions you could set with any other mouse...I ended up returning this and getting a regular handheld mouse with quarter the price and ten times the functionality...
