The Puppet Master Collection

Part 3 "Toulon's Revenge" has absolutely no audio! I contacted the seller by email and did not receive a response so I had to get the 3rd one from Wal~Mart in order to have a functioning 9 movie collection, so to say. Though it is a bit inconvenient to have to switch out disks just to watch the 3rd part on a different disk, I can at least see AND hear all 9 movies.

This is an awesome 2 disc collection, featuring 9 Puppet Master movies out of the 11(only missing Puppet Master: Axis of Evil and Puppet Master Vs. Demonic Toys). The original Puppet Master is the only one of this collection to be restored to the 16:9 aspect ratio, the other 8 being the old 4:3 ratio we all remember from the 90's direct to video set. That's actually my only real complaint, that they couldn't restore the other films to the 16:9 ratio for this collection, and that there were absolutely no special features like deleted scenes, commentaries, special intro for the set, trailers, or anything.

While I was prepared for a couple of poor quality DVD's for the price I paid, I did not anticipate the third movie having no vocal audio track. You can heard sound effects, but no dialogue. Disappointing, but you get what you pay for.

If you are a fan of the Puppet Master series or just a fan of classic horror, you can't lose. I only saw 2 of the Puppet Master movies... didn't even know there was 9... and I had a blast watching them. Great collection. Just wish they re-release these in wide screen. I haven't been able to find any releases in the widescreen format. But besides that, I loved this set.

I believe these movies get better n better... The lastest CHILDS PLAY... sucked a@#, but I watched 2 of these n that even it out

An absolute classic. I am making my way through the PUPPET MASTER series and remember why the cult following of this film is so strong. I will never forget the first time I saw the inaugural instillation of this series many years ago; my friends and I still have inside jokes rooted in the great dialogue, absurd editing and borderline surreal action.

Movies and product itself is fabulous. It got here quick and in one piece, but it has a $7.99 price tag on it. Pretty annoyed.

Puppet Master is got to be my favorite of all time. Was so excited when I finally got this in the mail like a kid opening a gift on Christmas

Another good buy i was expecting the picture quality to be bad but was surprised how good it was for dvd9 transfer...all nice movies to enjoy makes it a great little buy for any horror collector...

I bought this movie collection as I haven’t seen these since I was a kid. I wanted to share them with my kids (10 & 8) thinking we could laugh and have fun with them. But 20 minutes in to the first one I realized that these probably aren’t appropriate for little girls as they are rated R and I have no idea why I was allowed to watch them when I was a child. The 80’s were a different time! I’ll have to watch these after the kids go to bed and it’s going to be awesome!
