The problem was fixed within hours.
I needed the kit for an art class, but it was missing two key elements, the ink and the rice paper. I called the 800 number and Blick posted a refund within three hours, with no questions or problems, an unheard of response time. I didn't even have to return the kit. I buy all my art supplies at Blick and the service is always impeccable. This was simply a glitch that they fixed immediately.
