I'm a student, can I put my books in this backpack purse?

You could put some normal size magazines and books in its main compartment, but it's a little tight for an A4 sized book. And it has separate tablet compartment which fits 12.9 inch ipad, organized compartment for your necessities and front zippered pocket for small items.

Is this perfect for high school?

I wouldn't use if u have to carry a lot of books

It connects to the backpack with a usb end..if im correct..i believe i connected it to a mobile power source..that slips into a convienient pocket inside...so to answer your question...yes you can attach your I-phone cord to it...it's also lightweight...very well made..with lots of roomy sections..has a lifetime guarantee
