What’s the difference between 2674-22 and 2773-22

The 2674-22 is definitely for PEX crimp rings. The 2773-22 is a PRO Press for copper fittings.

Can you press copper with this tool? I know they make different jaws can I just buy those to and use this propress

NO you can't use it to crimp copper with it. You can't use other jaws with this tool though it would be nice. The answer is no.
