Don’t buy!
Wax didn’t melt and pulled on skin trying to apply. Emailed customer service about it and they didn’t get back

Very difficult to use and once applied it’s very difficult to remove off your skin.
The leftover wax is very hard to remove from your skin, no matter how much soap and hot water you apply, it just stays oj your skin which is irritable. They shook really give instructions on how to remove leftover wax after waxing!

Try At Your Own Risk!
As you can see (after 24hrs of waxing) both of my underarms are still red / slightly swollen. If I put my arms down it burns. I took a shower 3 hours after waxing and the water was hurting me, I felt like a burning sensation. My husband informed me that it looks like I ripped skin off.I did a little test strip before even waxing the area I wanted and I didn’t get no reaction. Once I waxed this area it was really painful (knowing waxing is painful) but this pain is different when your skin is being waxed off. It does the job, but I didn’t want to get the skin waxed off.Also, it’s a really messy process. The warm wax gets all over the place and it’s so sticky. it’s hard to clean. You need to keep using the after wax to actually clean. If you buy this product you have to buy extra after wax.

3 out of 6 were leaking…
Product is good, but I’m so disappointed to see that 3 out of the 6 are leaking. The box was a mess and I’m afraid the open product is not going to hold its quality in the long term. I’m Brazilian and I always used this brand when I lived there. I was so happy to find it here in US… but it seems packing is not holding the same quality. Wondering if I should return the 3 that came leaking and request a replacement…
