These are GREAT! Good quality, thick and heavy like they should be, highly recommend getting if you want to enjoy your Pilsner!

In some ways, these mugs were nicer than the other ones I looked at. However, I only give them 4 stars because there were noticeably raisedseams on the handles and bodies of the mugs and I feel they are overpriced for that reason. The seams are not sharp, like some reviewers noted on similar items, so that was good, but they are felt when you hold the mug with your hand. They also were well-packed, but the seller listed these as being Prime delivery, which was not true. I felt this was somewhat deceptive on the seller's part.Pros: Very attractive, imprint has a quality, well-defined look. Large handles make it easy to hold the mug with all four fingers. Handles well-shaped and comfortable. Lip smooth. Full 19 oz. capacity.Negatives: Noticeable seams on the handles, although not sharp enough to cut your fingers. Seller did not reply to my question about why it would take a week or more to get them, instead of the 2-day delivery promised by Prime.

I originally order a pair of these 19.5 oz beer mugs Sept. 9th, 2018. I was very pleased with the mugs. Unfortunately I broke on about a year later. So I place a reorder on Sept. 12th 2019. It was not a match to the original mugs but the order photos were same as the original. I returned the mugs for a refund, no problem. After investigating the Amazon website photos again I decided to try reordering again, the photos did match my original order in 2018. Once again the reordered mugs did not match the original mugs nor the site photos of the mug, nor were the newer mugs as attractive in my opinion. In photos Mug on left is the original, mug on right is the reorder mugs that were sent.

Outstanding product. Gave these to my son for Christmas he likes the heavy weight of the glasses. Perfect for the beer lover in the family.

The two glasses I received arrived dirty. The bottoms had a gummy, dirty film that appeared to drip down the sides when the glasses were turned bottom up, as can happen when glasses have gone through a very dirty dishwashing load and the remaining dirty water has been allowed to dry and leave behind gunk. Similar areas around the rims of the glasses. See photos. The glasses appear to be well-made and of good quality, however, it is completely unacceptable to send a used, dirty product! Will be returning these. I nearly sent them directly as a gift, very glad I did not. Hesitant to re-order since I don't want to go through same experience...

Nice thick glass with weight. Good quality. Seen some four glass s for about same price on sight check around for better price. It was a gift

Love them! As a home brewer I wanted to use them for my ale. My wife immediately grabbed one and is using it for her soda. Guess i will need to buy a couple more sometime. Great glasses/ mugs.
