The product is good, however, it’s hard to get the fine hairs. You have to keep going over and over the same spot for them to grab.

I am pleased with this model. I was a little nervous to start but it is relatively painless (compared to waxing) and easy to use. The cordless option is a nice bonus. It gets the job done. I had one of the early models of Epilady and loved it. When I dropped it on the floor and it no longer worked I panicked that I would lose the convenience of not having to shave my legs but I am back in business.
