Tower T81287 Cerastone Forged Aluminium Crepe Pan with Ceramic Non-Stick Coating, 25cm, Graphite

Our first one was delivered with a dent in it, which had taken off all the non-stick coating, which made me realise how thin that layer really is. This makes me wonder about the longevity of it, and I definitely do not want to drop it! Thankfully it was easily returned and swapped out. As a pancake pan, it is nicely weighted for cooking the pancakes. It cleans up really well after each wash and can go in the dishwasher like our other one. It seems to cook the pancakes really well, but despite oiling them well with butter, the pancakes do not toss like our other (Tefal) pan and I have to flip them using a spatula - they don't stick, they just don't slide freely. Hopefully this will change as it ages but we will see.

Although not high end brand seems at first glance high quality. Build and good weight. To early for me to comment on longevity but first impressions excellent. Also well packaged and quick delivery

Bought this to make easier pancakes, perfect size and non stick

Great pan, however came with a small dent in the side, as if it was hit on a hard surface. Otherwise really good for making crepes and omelettes

Very difficult to clean after use. The stains won’t go away even if you wash 10 times or put it in dish washer. Very disappointing
