I get these every couple months because its a great price but also they are the kind that melt in your mouth and the tablets are tiny so swallowing them isnt an issue.

Nice dosage, melt quickly and nicely, so much better than the hard tablets that take forever to dissolve, quality seems to be top-notch.

Love this B-12 supplement! I have a problem swallowing most supplements because of the large size of the pills. This small under the tongue dissolvable was the perfect answer and getting my vitamin B levels within healthy range.

This b12 doesn't have all of the chemicals like many other brands. It also dissolves quickly and works fast. I feel the effects almost immediately after taking it. I am very pleased with this product and will definitely purchase it again. It doesn't have a strong taste.

I suggest you only take 1/3 of one of these tiny tabs and see how you feel for the next 12 hours. This supplement is a bit over-powered for me. I believe I have the mutated gene because B12 is low. I researched it, and found answers about how this form (Methylcobalamin) is supposed to be a better option for metabolizing B12, so I decided to try it.I took one tablet dissolved under my tongue and it made me extremely irritable and depressed out of nowhere over the next several hours. Apparently, any B12 imbalance can cause like a methyl build up in the brain, causing different and unpredictable side effects. Apparently this can be caused by a blockage of certain nerve receptors due to mineral deficiencies. I’m researching all of that now and how to fix it, and if I find anything that works for me personally, I’ll update here with that info in a month or so.

My B12 was low there for awhile and I'm not good with shots.I decided to go with this brand and I can say, it's amazing how much my levels came up and how good I feel.This is by far better than the shots, for me anyway.
