Q: As these jeans fit at natural waist, do they have a longer front and back rise e.g., 19”or20” Back x 16or17” Front for 44x30 size?

I bought 44x32 and they were mid-rise at best with a short zipper and tight in the seat. The legs were loose but overall they fit nothing like my previous wranglers. There was also no mention anywhere about "relaxed fit". All of my other Wranglers state "relaxed fit" on the waistband tag. I thought they sent the wrong jeans and exchanged them but got the exact same jeans again. I had to return them.

Q: will these shrink in the dryer?

Contrary what I was told by my wife; these did not shrink in the dryer. I have been a Wrangler person for years, they are the best!

Q: too long at 28" why not make 27 or 26 for us short fat guys, eh?

I got the same problem sort of - not fat. My leg length is 31 so I choose 32 length and deal with extra inch. I mostly wear western boots or military desert boots, so it is not an issue. Even when I wear boat shoes, it does not drag ground. The only thing you can do is purchase one inch longer and then have them hemmed one inch. The clothing manufacturer is the only one that can address this problem.
