Q: If I buy 2 packs for my tv, would I be able to control using 1 controller?

I only bought one, but when you hook it up to your phone it is via Bluetooth so it has a specific name. Therefore, I would assume you could control both with the same phone.

Q: would this work with my gaming pc or does that give it to much power

Best use a USB on the monitor itself, but before that keep in mind the strip only needs about 5 volts.

Q: Can this operate of a portable battery bank?

No this requires a receptacle plug in! You can buy lights that use a battery pack, but not these ones

Q: How do you get the app to sync with the lights? I bought this in 2019, and jua now put it up. I tried the app happylighting but it doesn't auto sync.

Dear customer: Please re-download "Happylighting" in appstore or google play, APP needs to be upgraded. And allow the APP to obtain the permission to turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, link the LED light in the device list of the APP, and then you can control it
