the plastic connectors will not last long it needs metal ones.

The orange adapter that you fit to your tap/ fawcet is plastic and therefore be careful when tightening. Best to remove any rubber seals to get a tight connection.The kit feels generally good quality and the ability to empty and refill using this one hose is a real win in terms of no more buckets!

UPDATE I was working with the seller and he sent me the brass replacement kit no problem. I appreciate and respect this effort to make this right for me. The replacement was handled quickly and because of this I would not hesitate to do further business with the Seller/Company! Consequently I have upgraded my review from 1 star to 4. I believe the product should come with the brass hardware and not plastic to avoid this fail which is why I am not giving it a 5 star rating. Purchased July/Sept 2022 and it is July 2023 so not even a year old. It has already failed at the tap screw on and I leave the plastic threaded screws on so they would not get worn. When I go to use the product I just have to thread on the adapter so I can fill and drain. When the pressure of water is at the adapter when the taps are on but I have shut the water from filling the tank as I need to run back to the bathroom to turn the taps off and if I don't shut the valve at the hose end that fills I would have water everywhere... so when I get back to the bathroom the water is spraying out everywhere at the tap where the plastic threaded fittings are. Can't use the product now. I have a 55 and 27 gallon tanks and with RA this is going to be miserable to deal with.Edit update: The seller is sending replacement parts, so will see how this goes. That effort is much appreciated.

This siphon/ system (whatever) REALLY makes cleaning a breeze. The only problem that I've found with it, is your suction depends on the water pressure of the faucet you hook it to. I freaked out a little, thinking it didn't work, only to change faucets to one with better water pressure. It worked like a charm!

You need to add another sink hook up. The one that comes with it doesn't fit right the adapter doesnt work with my kitchen fauchet.

This product was purchased to help with water changes. We have 8 fish tanks in the apartment. The issue is that the part that connects to my faucet doesn't fit. Item too big for my sinks and tub.
