Inside strap isn't long enough to secure a 16 in laptop and the sholder straps have to be connected before wearing it.
I was looking for a case that had 4 wheels and was large enough to fit a 16 inch laptop. This BP is large, has a lot of storage and is well designed. I have enough room for all of my folders, laptop, and accessories. It looks great, rolls great, came with a rain cover, and even came with a small 3 digit combo lock for locking the laptop compartment (bonus!). My only 2 recommendations would be to make one of the side pockets large enough to store a water bottle and make the Velcro strap that secures the laptop long enough to secure a 16 in Laptop. Overall I like it a lot and several of my colleagues plan on getting one for themselves.

Great Bag!
I love my rolling backpack for many reasons. First of all, the bag itself is very attractive with the blue trim and black durable material. I am a business person and I have had several complements on my backpack. There is plenty of room in each bright blue compartment and the zipped water bottle holders are a sleek way to carry a drink with you. This bag has four wheels and it does not tip over when filled with important information and my laptop. I think the rain cover is a great idea and I cannot wait until it rains to use it for the first time.

Nice product -- if you do not need to have easy access to it on a plane.
This is a nice computer bag but you do need to know what it can and cannot do and make a call as to how you intend to use it. I travel a lot for work and have two ridiculously heavy computers I need to carry (and use on the plane while I'm flying). They fit in a normal computer backpack, but the constant picking up and putting down sometimes reactivates a back injury I have. So I was looking for something I could wheel instead. This bag has a great handle and the four wheel design makes it extremely easy to maneuver on the ground. It fits both my computers easily and all the other items I have to schlep. And, it even looks nice for rolling into professional meetings compared to your typical backpack. However, there are two features that broke the deal for me. First, it does not fit under an airplane seat. I was able to jam it in far enough to not raise the flight attendants' suspicions, but a shrewd attendant would have protested. Also, the only way you can get it under a seat is wheels pointing towards you, so you have to pull the whole bag out to access your items. Second issue is that it barely qualifies as a backpack - the shoulder straps are tucked away in a zip-up pocket (nice), but you have to physically clip the bottom of each strap to loops that hang outside the pocket every time you want to use it as a backpack. This is cumbersome when you are trying to get on and off planes and have other items you need to negotiate. There is no way to just leave the straps exposed (they drag on the ground, as does the zip-pouch cover) and there is no effort at padding the surface of the backpack that will lay on your back when you are wearing it. Thus, as I said, it barely qualifies as a backpack - it's more of a roller bag you can put on your back in a pinch. If you are looking for something you can put in an overhead bin and then wheel around to meetings, this will work. But if you need your bag with you on the plane or need to put it on your back (quickly), it's not really ideal.

a carry-on, not a backpack...
This is a really nice bag...well -made...plenty of room for overnight travel...nice padded place for a computer and some books...small pillow/blanket...highend...the problem is it's too big...wouldn't fit under any airplane seat never mind a bus seat...and i could never carry it on my back...it's just not a backpack...maybe unless you're a big guy...i've now bought something smaller which i hope will work better...

poor wheels
Maybe I got a defective one, but the wheels were very wobbly and it took a lot of effort to keep it rolling straight. If you had to go from one end of a concourse to another end of a different concourse in a large airport, your arm would be very sore.I returned mine.

It rolls pretty well, and the storage is ample
i have only had this product for two months and already the zippers are starting to come aprt and off track. It rolls pretty well, and the storage is ample. My issue is that it seems to be of inferior quality in regards to the zippers and the handle is starting to feel a little loose too.Update. I tried to return the product and the manufacturer would not accept it back, however Amazon customer service made good and I returned the defective product for a refund.

Tons of space
The storage capacity in this spinner is amazing. I have tons of space for my large textbooks and my 17in dell laptop fits in the padded compartment easily. I really like all of the additional zippered compartments to store even more!
