Was told my B12 was low. I have been taken no Mary Ruth’s liquid multi vitamins and I love the flavor and feel that they work so I ordered liquid B12. I had been experiencing foot and leg symptoms that no one seemed to be able to explain but after about a month of taking the B12 spray I realized the symptoms were completely gone! They must of been due to B12 deficiency. Will continue to order this from now on!
