These shoes are great for most workouts. Very comfortable and lightweight. They didn’t work for me because I needed something less padded for the weight training element of cross training.

Great for crossfit workouts. Not a running shoe though...I use it for weight lifting, rope climbing, box jumping, rope jumping, wall walks...kind of all in one shoe deal

These ended up being more of a dusty pink with a very light gray. Not usually color I wear or like.

I have loved wearing these for CrossFit: they are breathable and lightweight.
