Hello, how many cups does 1 container hold?

Dry measurement cup is 8oz. Look at the capacity of the container in question and simply divide by 8. For example, the 33 ounce containers would hold 6 cups. The extra space is only an ounce or so.

Can you purchase lids separately ? I lost mine
