Don't give this to children!!! Not for daily consumption. Read the ingredients list.
Any health benefits these gummies might offer are immediately cancelled by the amount of sugar present in them. Literally the top two ingredients in the list given at the back of the pack is 1) Corn Syrup and 2) Sugar. Even the gummies had like a coating of sugar powder when I took it out of the pack. This is not a health supplement, this is candy. If you want to increase iron in your diet , dry dates, anjeer(figs), apricots or prunes are a far more healthier option.
