Good quality pipe.
Very nice thin-walled pipe that worked great for my garden.

Lasts Forever
I first installed this Poly Hose in a large drip system about 25 years ago. I have two separate circuits about 100 feet long each; one for the trees and one for the garden. It is still going strong after all these years. So far I have had to replace the two pressure regulators after about 15 years which is a very good lifetime. I replace a few clogged drippers (out of a hundred or so) ever year. Other than that it just works. I am using it in a new system I am building this year.I have noted that it is best not to mix brands as the sizes can vary slightly between the brands. Either buy all Raindrip or all of one of the other brands.

Raindrip works!
Raindrip is a dependable watering system for plants. It requires a little time for set up but delivers great results for consistent watering. It saves a lot of water as well.

Not always compatible with other brands
It's a pipe. Sends water where it needs to go. JUST BE AWARE... one brands 1/2" may be different from another brands 1/2". When putting in my garden I had this new Raindrip pipe, some new Orbit pipe and various pieces of pipe from old projects. All marked 1/2". Came time to connect pipes together. Raindrip pipe is too small to connect securely into an Orbit connector and the Orbit pipe is too large to fit into a raindrip connector. Oddly with a little effort the Raindrip will tightly slide into the orbit pipe. Some water resistant tape and I am good to go. Apparently some companies measure inside diameter and some measure outside diameter.

Very useful and easy to make your own unions
I spent 8 years so far growing coffee and fruit trees in Costa Rica. On a budget I ran this polytube all over my farm underground. The secret to being able to use it with 80psi or less (house pressure) is the buy a stick of 1/2" CPVC and cut that into 2" pieces then use those pieces for unions and to adapt to the supply faucets, timers etc. First, put a little pvc glue around the end to be joind then quickly light it on fire. Wait about 5 seconds then blow it out then press the 2" cpvc with glue on it into the softened poly tube. You can also tighter twisted wire around that if you want a very secure connection. It will never leak. Only thing is the moles can chew a hole into it so don't burry it too deep. 8 Years and still working great under 80psi.

Product is inferior to stated specification.
This product is inferior to the stated specification. I bought this to work with my existing poly tubing irrigation system. My existing tubing fits the fittings snuggly and does not leak water. The product listing states that the ID is 0.52" and OD is 0.62". That would make the wall thickness 0.05". The wall thickness at several places measures 0.045". This tubing does not fit my fittings snuggly, in fact, it just falls apart with a gentle pull. When I pressurize the system with water, this tubing flies out of the fittings, leaking water everywhere. This product cannot be trusted to work with standard drip and microspray irrigation systems.
