Not working so far, but early days! Nice and informative packing, but do not know if the smells are right, since I cant smell them!

Wonderful product

Decided to try out the smell therapy when I lost my taste and smell. After Covid all meat , citrus, coffee, and chocolate tasted and smelled rancid. I was very desperate to get my senses back and after some research , I decided to give this product a shot. I didn’t end up buying the vol.2 because within about a week and a half my senses started to come back and now I am fully back to my old self. Did the process right before bed and I’m very thankful for this product!

Didn't work. Not worth it.

While these are common additions to recipes, I haven't used them enough to know what they smell like. My husband confirms that the peppermint and lemon are true to smell. I haven't had any improvement from using these. I also use horseradish and cinnamon, to no avail.

I purchased these when I had COVID and lost my smell. I read that doing smell training can help quicken the restoring process. I couldn't smell them right away, but now that I have regained my smell they are strong! However, the scents were definitely mixed up when they arrived. The labeled scents were not what they smelled like. I had to switch them around.
