This tahini tends to be thin, almost pourable, but is excellent in flavor and smoothness. Makes great hummus.

I make my own salad dressing as we have a nightly salad with dinner. I needed a decent tahini for my garlic ginger dressing. Perfect for taste and creaminess. Love that it is organic too.

Was worried that the 2 jars of organic tahini I bought would spill during shipment. But manufacturer has redesigned their box packaging, so the two jars came neatly and individually packed in a custom Soom box. Very nice. I usually buy Whole Foods 365 organic tahini which is darker and thicker (more paste-like). Soom's organic tahini is lighter colored and runnier (more oil- like). Tastes more or less the same, with Soom's just slightly more sesame-y. If you use tahini mixed with other ingredients, the difference will be imperceptible.
