Product is good easy to use works fine with almost all product. I faced a issue in panel of menu i call to service , they arrange next day and technician change the parts. I was shocked the whole service was free of cost. It there i feel the brand value. Thanks to Usha ltd.

It was good first..After 10 months it stops working and it was within warranty period and I given for free service but l am waiting for my product for last 5 months to get it repaired...I am going to give a complaint in consumer court

I'm posting this review after using it for 6 months and I'm enjoying using it so far. If you want faster cooking then go for a higher watt induction otherwise it works so good for normal usage. Handling is very easy and you can use it by only reading the instructions guide.
