Excellent helmet, really really vague instructions
The helmet fit, connectivity, and comfort are all excellent. My main gripes are the vents for the chin are too small and the instructions included are so so bad.The vent issue keeps the helmet visor fogging up until I crack open the visor. This could be fixed in future versions of the helmet. The instructions on pairing the helmet for the intercom system are horrible and written in a font so small that mice squint to read them. The instructions do not say that the helmets will lose connection with each other once the helmet is turned off, requiring repairing and clearing the previous intercom pairing. That said, the FM radio is good. Voice commands from Google assistant and Alexa work when set up. The phone controls for music are also good, however I have to control volume for that function on my phone. The helmet causes the music to skip to the next song or repeat the last song played.Phone conversations are loud enough to be heard even with earplugs and the quality is acceptable.Overall, I like this helmet for the price. My Sena helmets are awesome too, but cost twice as much for what I feel is the same featured helmet. Solid buy.

Great helmet
Great helmet for the money probably most comfortable helmet I have had over the years just if you getting this one go up a size from what you normally wear I don’t see what some people are complaining about with the quality of the sound it sounds great sounds just as good as my iPhone I mean it is speakers inside a helmet your not at a concert if you’re looking for a affordable comfortable helmet with Bluetooth and intercoms you can’t go wrong with this ILM 953 pro it’s a good buy

You get what you pay for
I have had this helmet for about 1 year now and have about 3000 miles on it, so I figured I'd leave a review :)HelmetThe helmet itself is pretty solid. I followed the size chart provided, but my helmet was far too loose. The chin strap at its tightest wouldn't go to my chin and the helmet was very wiggly. I'd highly recommend going down a size as mine was far too big. The only other issue I've had is the screw holding the chin flip-up would frequently come loose, so it would never stay up.BluetoothThe Bluetooth itself is decent. I never had any issues connecting to it. My only complaint would be that it never stayed connected to my phone once powered off, so I would have to reconnect every time I powered it back on. Haven't had this issue with Cardo or any other Bluetooth device.SoundThe sound would be my biggest complaint. The speakers are obviously very cheap. My speakers were definitely loud, but I never listened anywhere near the max as the highs are ear piercing. Any speed above 50 and the music will be drowned out from wind or exhaust sound. There's absolutely zero bass too.Overall I'd still rate this helmet a 4. A nice helmet with a good communication/bluetooth device can cost you $1000+, so at this price point it's a deal. Other than the helmet being loose on my head, I'd still trust the helmet if I ever did take a fall. If you have a tight budget, need something temporary or just don't want to dish out a lot of money for a nicer setup, this is the helmet for you. If you're looking to do longer rides or just want something with better sound/quality, I'd recommend investing in a nicer setup. I currently have the Shoei 1400 with the Cardo Edge, so this helmet will now be retired to passengers!

Comfortable, Bluetooth lasted allday
This helmet is ridiculously comfortable. At first it was not and hurt, but I emailed the seller and they sent me different cheek pads. Now I have no pain. Just did a 1000 mile round trip vacation on my Spyder and this helmet was the best thing. Rain, no problem. Rocks flying at me, no problem.Bluetooth lasted ALL day with my directions on my phone and several phone calls. It does get hard to hear and be heard at 70 mph. There is significant wind noise at 70 mph.I do wish the visor was a little darker, but it works great. I can wear sunglasses if needed. Would buy this helmet again.

OK Helmet, But Heavy
Nice helmet, but it's very heavy. I found that it's not comfortable during the summer months, but now that it's getting a little cooler I'm trying to use it more. Music audio quality is great. For some reason the audio for phone calls is horrible. I rarely talk on the phone, but it's frustrating the audio is so bad. Also, after the 1st use the visor base plate broke and I had to send the helmet back and I got a new one immediately. Just be careful how you put the helmet down, I had the visor popped out twice so far. I probably wouldn't have bought this helmet but the one I ordered go lost in the mail and it was projected to take 30 days for a new one so I got this as an alternative.
