I purchased this particular brand of hibiscus tea because it was cheap -- but also quite effective. This tea is great for heart health, which is why I bought it in the first place. It took me a little while to like the taste because it's definitely very different from anything I've ever had before -- tangy and slightly sweet... However, now I actually crave it. ESPECIALLY with a teaspoon of honey. YUM! It also has a beautiful red color to it. It's just a great tea. I'm going to go make some right now! ~~~

I have been drinking another brand of hisbiscus tea for a while now, and came across this brand, and decided to try it! I was not disappointed! It is very tasty with that kick of lemongrass. I add a teaspoon of honey and sit back and enjoy! It has the dark red color of my other brand, and from now on I will be purchasing both brands! Cannot say yet if this brand has lowered my blood pressure, but I know the other brand did and since they are both hisbiscus, I would imagine that this would too!

I'm very health conscious and this tea was recommended by my cardiologist. She stated that drinking organic hibiscus tea supports a healthy heart while lowing bad cholesterol!! I did not hesitate to buy for the cause of healthy habits. This tea which was drank without cream and sugar of course, was tart and flavorful. The tea being certified organic was a plus but it's really about the taste and health benefits. The color of the tea was red (lemongrass I was clearly thinking a lighter color) was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this company and product.

Combining this tea with a Lemon Verbena tea to boost immune system.

Good flavor tea with poor packaging. The ziplock bag used of very poor quality. It does not close properly and loses flavor over time. Nonetheless, good flavor tea.

I love this tea! The flavor is not as sweet as some of the other herbal blends I'm used to but it has helped my sleep immensely. I find if I brew a cup, and let it steep for a good twelve minutes, about an hour before bed I fall asleep right away and wake up feeling alert in the morning. And the used tea bags make wonderful compost for my garden.

the package was sealed well. no smell and really no taste but the color is a deep color.
