I had a truly wonderful experience with this seller. I was nervous about purchasing items for my wedding online but this seller was thorough, willing to offer description and even let me sample a product. They shipped one of the shawls I was considering for free. They paid for the product AND shipping and when I offered to return, they said I could keep it as a gift because they didn't want me to have to pay the high international shipping. I ended up going with a different color so being able to sample the product was an incredible offer. They packaged the product with great care, so it arrived across the country without wrinkle or defect, in perfect condition. I have attached pictures of how they packaged the product. This seller continued to go above and beyond: the packaged happened to be delivered over the Thanksgiving holiday and with the package in sight through the doorway, someone broke the window and stoke it. Since it was for my wedding in a month and it took a few weeks to ship, I was devastated. The seller not only immediately resent the product so it would arrive on time, but they also paid for the merchandise AND shipping. Amazon couldn't offer any assistance so the seller took it upon herself to handle the situation. Incredible generosity and kindness! If this seller sold everything I ever needed on Amazon, I would look no further. Now for the product: the fur is absolutely gorgeous. It's soft and clean and it's clear that expensive fabric was used to assemble the product. The lining is also beautiful. The clasp works perfectly and everything lines up properly when on your body. The shawls will be perfect for my eight bridesmaids over a winter wedding. The product and seller experience exceeded my expectations. Very pleased with this product, colors and quality are beautiful! I was hesitant as it was an overseas company however customer service exceeded every expectation. Incredibly responsive and delightful to work with! I ordered 9 total in the grey (shown in photos below) for my bridesmaids. At the time, the Company sold Small and Large. The Small fit up to size 6 well, and a Large seemed to fit size 10+ well. I asked the Company about a size Medium, thinking that nothing was going to come of it. Instead, they responded that they would customize a size for me and sent me a sample size for free! I was stunned. Price is reasonable for the quality. These products are well lined, has a quality clasp, and the fur while faux does not shed at all. They arrive in zipper plastic bags nicely folded and they easily fit back in the bag for storage. I had a difficult time finding a substantial shawl that could actually keep you warm while not looking like a coat. I also ordered several other brands that either shed or were itchy. I also ordered a white and ivory for myself to wear on my wedding day. My dress is an in-between shade, the white happened to bring out more sparkle while the ivory brought out more champagne tones. Both were beautiful I just ultimately chose the white. Each order came within two weeks, well within the timeframe listed. The colors are true to the photos. The addition of this size Medium makes this product able to fit any body type. I truly am still stunned that this Company customized a size for me and cannot speak highly enough of the product! I can't wait to wear my shawl and see my bridesmaid in their shawls for my upcoming winter wedding.

I ordered this product after reading reviews and seeing that it came up small, I ordered it, paid a fortune for quick delivery as my wedding is soon but sadly it item is pretty large. It's a nice fur, the lining isn't the best but all in all the quality is very good. But if you are quite small/petite it might not work for you.

Loved these shawls! I purchased four in the fox mix color for my bridal party and one in the darker Pink for myself, and they were a huge hit. Everyone was complimenting them and they are amazing quality. VERY soft and heavy enough to keep my girls warm for my outdoor November wedding. The clasp worked great and the girls had them on throughout the night. Customer service was also great. So responsive and very reasonable shipping time considering they are coming from abroad. They even sent me two sizes for the price of one since I wasn’t sure which to order. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for faux fur shawls that look luxurious and won’t break the bank. For sizing reference, I got smalls for my most petite girls (5 feet tall and very slim) and mediums for myself (5’5”/115lbs) and other girls (5’6”-5’9 / average builds)

This product is of excellent quality. The price not only pays for its value but also makes it comparable to higher priced products like this on the market. The insides are beautifully and perfectly tailored, and I must speak from experience since I usually wear high priced natural furs which are no different to the one I just bought from Rorodox. The fur is soft and beautiful, giving the shawl an expensive look- a quality which is of great importance when choosing a match for a beautiful ceremonial dress. The company is highly professional and I must say they are always available to help it's clients with any issues on delivery, sizes, etc. I have bought from Amazon for as long as I can remember and never received such excellent customer service. Great quality and great service! The shawl was soft and looked exactly like the picture. Only problem was the small was too small and the large was too large, but I've managed to pin the large size so it fits better, and it still looks good. The seller sent me the smaller size to try as a comparison and allowed me to keep it at no charge, which was fantastic! Will definitely purchase from them again
