I bought the U1 hoop per my sister's request because she bought one and loved it.I received it today and she and I did a zoom call and we worked out together.The hoop was so easy to put together and we used it for 30 minutes which was so easy.It is smooth and quiet, and you can tell with just 30 minutes of a workout that you worked out!I am planning on using this every day or at least as often as my daily life will allow me too.I don't think for the price that you can go wrong and what I love best is as you decrease your waistline you just remove the links to make it smaller so it can be used the whole time as your losing weight!I will update with my progress after I use it more.

Was fun and was helping me meet my fitness goals. Reason for low rating is two out six wheels on the weight broke off after less than 2 months. Now hoop is unusable.UPDATE: Seller contacted me and had a replacement part sent so I can continue using my hoop. They originally offered me a whole new hoop but I told them that that wasn't necessary, all I needed was the replacement piece

I received this hola hoop this morning. The U1 is much easier to put together than a previous hola hoop I purchased. I loved hola hooping as a child and am excited about learning to do this one. It has been quite a few years since I have hola hooped. I’m a little out of shape and practice. Looking forward to using this hola hoop and reaching my weight loss goal for 2025. Losing weight is a journey and I’m ready to move forward.It is easy to assemble, fits and is not too heavy!

I like the product it was easy to assemble and easy and fun to use BUT why don’t the hoops with larger waists come with the counter like the smaller waists? Seems a bit discriminatory like larger people don’t want to have the same experience as smaller individuals. I ALMOST sent the product back because of that. Disappointed

I bought this hoping it would be as great as I keep seeing. I used this for 2 days, 30 minutes a day. I tore or stretched my lower back muscle so badly I cannot get it to feel better no matter the stretching. The cracking, or using a heat pad an a hard surface I attempt. I am going on day 3 of this pain. This product does not work and just hurts you. Unless I was using it wrong but I looked up a video to be sure I was doing it right..... do not buy unless you wanna be in some serious pain and not a good work out pain.

I love this pick of exercise equipment. Being a bigger person I have had so much fun with this. I was afraid that it would not be comfortable or would not fit properly but boy was I wrong. I went with one a little bigger than my measurements just in case but I feel I would have been fine without stepping up. It is super easy to assemble. Easy to store. When in use it does require more room. Easy to get on and off yourself. As you tune you simple unclip a link and keep on going. There is not a lot of noise by you do hear a slight hum as the pendulum moves around the waist area. Easy to watch TV and still hear your favorite show but get some exercise in too

I am currently 332lbs. and on a 100+ lb. Weightloss journey, and this was such an awesome add! I used it twice as soon as I received it and still feel the burn from its use. I intend on using it daily and look forward to it helping me achieve my goal weight!
