1-yes it gets Hot, like in the name, but not"melting your skin off hot" that's literally crazy. I'd describe it as soothing/warming sensation and have tried products that actually hurt. This one is not like that. But also it has a warning label so don't put it on sunburns and in your eyes bc obviously ppl were doing ithis.2-sweaty? Check. That's what I'm looking for in my workout enhancement.3. "Fresh scent" according to the label. Ok so it's not a bad smell at all. I expected some strong icy hot/essential oil type scent but it's not, this smells more like a regular lotion and it's a good thing.4-price! I'm now embarrassed by how much more I spent in the past on these organic really works hot gels, when this also really works with a price tag that denies inflation.5-Came in next day so that's a bonus!5/5I like everything about this. I think this is my 5th brand to try and honestly it's my fave. I don't have any reason to try anything else, I'm a repeat buyer and highly recommend to anyone that wants a little extra results from the workouts they are already doing.

I tired this with my sweat waist trainer for the gym. Didn't feel another putting it on, I do use another type when I'm at the gym n it has a tingling/menthol sensation once you put it on. So I put this one on, felt nothing. 15mins later I felt a burn, started to sweat. But it also started to BURN my abdomen. It itched!! I had to finish the gym early, run home and shower this demonic cream off me. I was left with red marks on my belly. Not sure, if I can't wear nothing extra while this cream is on. But tbh, kinda scared to find out. The burning was unbearable. Try a skin patch test before trying out, my recommendation. I should've done it.

It arrived on time, & maybe about 5 mins after putting the cream on my stomach it started tingling and getting hot, it was worse when I got in the sun, the cream does get a decent temperature but I did not sweat more in the gym. It was slightly itchy, I will continue to use it to see if anything changes.

This will definitely make you hot when you put it on but I don’t know that it really helps a whole lot. I was hoping it would be a cheaper version of sweet sweat but it’s for sure not.

I have always been skeptical of these creams but this one has been amazing. Feel it working within seconds of putting on. It definitely helps to get some extra sweat flowing. I haven’t had any skin irritation or discomfort during or after using it. I’d say I can feel a consistent burn for about 30-45 mins. Great product.

I use this under my sweet sweat band when I am walking on the treadmill. It warms up and makes you sweat a lot faster, you can tell the difference right away from when you're just walking on the treadmill without a band or this cream. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Works great and for a fraction of the price of other brands.
